We all have attitudes, beliefs, concepts, denials, expectations and fears about life – the Go Creative! series calls these our ABCDEFs.
“The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice,” says the late, brilliant, creative, eccentric British psychiatrist, R.D. Laing. “And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change — until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds.”
Taking the creativist way means accepting that you don’t know what you don’t know.
Paradoxically, the moment that you accept that is the moment in which you begin to know more.
