🛒 FAQs About Ordering My Books

Q: Where do I buy your books?

You can browse all available titles at OrnaRoss.com/bookstore. That will take you to my category page where you can choose novels or poetry, depending on your preference, or browse all books by your preferred format (ebook, audiobook, paperback, or special edition hardback). 

  • Choose your title(s)
  • Each book page has options for paperback, ebook, and sometimes audiobook. Select your preferred format, click Add to Cart, then Checkout when you've finished choosing.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely by credit/debit card (via Stripe), PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
All payments are processed safely through encrypted gateways — I never see or store your card details.

Q: Can I buy from outside Ireland or the UK?

Yes. My print books ship internationally. Shipping times and costs depend on your location — full details appear at checkout. And of course digital editions (ebook and audiobook) are available worldwide by email delivery. 


 

📦 FAQs About Print Books (Fulfilled by BookVault)

Q: Who sends my print book?

Print books are made and shipped by BookVault, my print fulfilment partner. They print on demand, and locally in the UK and US and (coming soon! elsewhere), to minimise costs, delivery times, and carbon footprint.

Q: How long will it take to arrive?

  • Printing usually takes 2–4 working days, plus delivery time:
    • UK & Ireland: 3–5 working days after printing
    • Europe: 7–10 working days
    • Rest of World: 10–20 working days

You’ll receive an email with tracking details when your order ships.

Q: My book hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

First, check the shipping confirmation email for tracking info. If your parcel hasn’t moved after some days, email info@ornaross.com with your order number and we’ll track it down or send a replacement.

Q: My book arrived damaged or misprinted.

Oh no — I’m so sorry! Please take a quick photo of the issue and email it with your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement immediately, and of course at no extra cost.


 

📱FAQs About Ebooks &  Audiobooks (Fulfilled by BookFunnel)

Q: How do I get my ebook or audiobook after purchase?

As soon as your payment completes, you see a screen with your download details. You’ll also receive an email from BookFunnel titled: “Here’s your book from Orna Ross!”

  • Click the link to download your ebook or audiobook.
  • BookFunnel’s simple setup lets you read or listen on any device — Kindle, Kobo, phone, tablet, or desktop.

Q: How do I get the book onto my Kindle or other device?

BookFunnel provides a short guide for every device.

  • Send directly to Kindle via Amazon’s “Send to Kindle”
  • Read in the free BookFunnel app
  • Download the ePub or Mobi file manually
  • Play audiobooks directly in the BookFunnel audio app

Bookfunnel apps are available free for iOS or Android.

Q: I didn’t get my BookFunnel email.

Please check your spam/junk folder or search for “BookFunnel” in your inbox.
If it’s not there within 15 minutes, email info@ornaross.com — we’ll resend your link right away.


 

💶 Payments, Refunds & Security

Q: Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, using industry-standard encryption. Your card details are never stored on my site.

Q: What currency will I be charged in?

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Your bank may convert to your local currency automatically.

Q: Can I get a refund?

  • For digital books, refunds are available if you experience a technical issue that we can’t resolve.
  • For print books, we’ll replace any damaged or missing copies free of charge.
  • To request a refund or replacement, please email info@ornaross.com with your order number and the issue.

 

👤 Accounts & Receipts

Q: Do I need to create an account?

No — you can checkout as a guest. But if you’d like to keep track of your purchases, downloads, and updates, it’s worth creating a free account.

Q: How do I access past orders?

Log into My Account using your email address. You’ll find your order history, tracking links, and download buttons there.

Q: Do you include VAT receipts?

Yes. You’ll receive a tax-compliant invoice by email after purchase.
If you need a formal VAT receipt, email us with your VAT number.
