Digital Products (eBooks and Audiobooks)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks and audiobooks are final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. If you experience a technical issue or receive the wrong file, please contact us within 10 days of purchase, and we’ll gladly resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
Print Books
If your print book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receipt with details of the issue, including photographs if possible. We’ll arrange for a replacement copy or issue a refund where appropriate.
- Refunds for print books cannot be issued for reasons such as change of mind or preference once the order has shipped.
Conditions for Refunds and Replacements
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
- For physical products, ensure the item is in the same condition as received (unless damaged in transit).

Shipping Costs
