We access the unconscious mind, and the unconscious mind accesses us, through the subconscious.

While you're sleeping, your subconscious mind will be processing it.
As soon as you wake up: f-r-e-e-write and you will invariably have the answers you need. Don’t be surprised if the process has even changed the question.
