Have you been keeping up with changes to the ALLi podcast and Facebook Live videos? I’m now running a weekly self-publishing advice session, followed by a Twitter chat–with a variety of co-hosts.
Changes To The ALLi Podcast: New Hosts
I’ve always done an Advanced Self-Publishing Salon with Joanna Penn (last Saturday of the month) and now do the Beginners Self-Publishing Salon with Tim Lewis too (first Saturday of the month).
A new feature is a Creative Writing Salon hosted which I’m now doing with creative coach, Dan Blank (2ndSaturday of each month). Michael La Ronn and I answer ALLi members questions (3rd Saturday of each month).
In addition, Dan Holloway brings us the Self-Publishing News and Howard Lovy runs a slot on Inspirational Indie Authors.
Listen to February’s salon on our Podcast page here.
Changes To The ALLi Podcast: Twitter Chat
After the session, we headed over to Twitter for an #indieauthorchat about the themes raised. Follow @IndieAuthorALLi on Twitter to join in next time.
Changes To The ALLi Podcast: Coming Up
- Next week, I’ll bring you all the links to the creative writing session with Dan Blank: “How To Craft and Share Your Creative Work So Fans Want More”. How to effectively share your work in a way that inspires others to connect and, ultimately, buy.
- Next week’s Facebook live video is the Go Creative! Workshop. This month we’re looking at Step 4 in the Sequence of Creative Success: Production. This workshop explains the “Go Creative! In Business” method, which I devised from my own experience and observation of other creators and change agents. When: Tuesday 19th February, 7pm GMT Where: Facebook Live
- Looking towards the end of this month and beginning of next: In next month’s Beginner’s Salon with Tim Lewis will look at the topic of using beta readers in your self-editing process, while Joanna and I are going to look at copyright and adopting the right mindset to benefit from your intellectual property.
I hope to catch you at an AskALLi Self-Publishing Advice event soon.
