• see exactly what’s needed to move forward, including things you may not have seen before
• choose the kind of creative energy and conditions that best support your next step.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure understanding the seven stages always gives you a clearer sense of direction and a renewed sense of creative flow.
