• Identifying areas of strength/weakness and opportunities/threats in your current processes e.g. email lists, autoresponders, sales funnels and fixes
• Warming up your readership
• Setting clear, measurable sales goals for November / December.
• Planning your tasks and the resources you'll need

I'll be introducing a new weekly rhythm map and action planner and offering a long list of different approaches (99 in all) for you to choose from, depending on whether you're a volume, engagement, or craft publisher.
