At Orna Ross Publications and Programmes, we offer both digital and physical products. Our digital offerings include eBooks, audiobooks, and personalized poetry, while our physical products include paperbacks, gift hardbacks, and customized poetry cards. Below, you’ll find details on how each type of product is delivered.

Digital Product Delivery

For all digital purchases (eBooks and audiobooks), delivery is handled via BookFunnel:

• eBooks & Audiobooks: Once your payment is complete, you will receive an instant email from BookFunnel with download instructions. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
• Personalized Poems: Because this is a commissioned piece, the poet requires 15-20 days to craft your bespoke poem. Once your order is received, the poet will reach out via email with a few questions to ensure the poem is personalized to your preferences. The final piece will be delivered directly to your email once completed. (This does not happen via BookFunnel.)

Physical Product Shipping

For physical products, we aim to ensure timely shipping while maintaining quality:

• Paperbacks & Gift Hardbacks: These are typically shipped within 7-10 days of placing your order.
• Customized Poetry Cards: As a commissioned piece, this item requires a 15-20 day turnaround. Once your order is placed, the poet will contact you via email for details that will shape the poetry. The card will be printed and shipped once the poem is finalized.

Delivery & Shipping Timelines

• Digital Products: Instant download upon payment (except personalized poetry, which takes 15-20 days).
• Paperbacks & Gift Hardbacks: Shipped 7-10 days after order confirmation.
• Customized Poetry Cards: Crafted and shipped within 15-20 days after the poet has gathered your input.
